Job Description 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WordPress, a keen eye for design, and a deep understanding of customer behavior and purchasing psychology. Closely work with our marketing and operations teams to develop visually appealing, user-friendly, and highly functional websites that drive traffic and conversions.

Responsibilities:

  •  Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites, including page layouts, product listings, and integrations.
  •  Optimize websites for user experience (UX), search engine optimization (SEO), and holiday or trend-based promotions.
  •  Manage payment gateways, logistics integrations, and database operations using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
  •  Analyze user behavior and implement strategies to improve click-through rates and conversion rates.
  •  Maintain a high standard of aesthetics to ensure the website is visually appealing and aligns with the brand identity.
  •  Collaborate with marketing teams to execute bulk email and social media campaigns.
  • Ensure all websites are secure, fast-loading, and mobile-friendly.

Requirements:

  •  Proven experience in building and managing at least 5 WordPress websites.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and customer purchasing psychology.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic database management (MySQL).
  • Experience in SEO, website optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of marketing tools for email and social media campaigns.
  • Positive and problem-solving attitude, with a willingness to meet deadlines.

Work Tools: Must own high-performing devices (computer, phone, internet).

Location: Remote (Full-Time)
