Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team.
- As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visual communications and materials that effectively represent our brand and convey our message to our target audience.
- You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to create a wide range of visual materials, including logos, brochures, posters, social media graphics, and more.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop visual materials, such as logos, brochures, posters, and social media graphics, that align with our brand identity and messaging
- Conceptualize and create original design ideas that meet the needs of our marketing and creative teams
- Work closely with our marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs that meet our brand standards
- Design and layout visual materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our brand identity and messaging, and apply this knowledge to all design projects
- Collaborate with other designers, copywriters, and art directors to develop and refine design concepts
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our design processes and products
- Meet tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure to deliver high-quality designs on time
- Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to colleagues
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure that all designs are error-free and meet our quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or Real Estate Agency
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, and typography
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
- A portfolio that showcases a range of design projects and styles
- Experience with design software such as Sketch, Figma, or InVision
- Knowledge of web design and development principles
- Experience working with a variety of design formats, including print, digital, and social media
- Certification in graphic design or related field.
