Key Responsibilities:

  • Department Rotation: Gain a well-rounded understanding of the business through structured rotations in departments like Marketing, Operations, Communications, and Customer Relations.
  • Project Support: Assist in daily tasks, projects, and department-led initiatives.
  • Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, analyze, and present data to enhance decision-making.
  • Skill Development: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare reports and presentations on key findings.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with teams and stakeholders across departments.
  • Feedback & Improvement: Actively seek feedback to improve performance.
  • Compliance: Follow company policies, procedures, and standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a Science-related field, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 0–2 years (Internship experience is a plus).

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare and health-tech.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
