About the Role
- The Front Desk Officer is the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
- This role involves managing the reception area, handling inquiries, and providing a welcoming environment for clients and staff.

- Greet visitors and answer phone calls courteously.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring a professional appearance.
- Handle inquiries and direct visitors to the appropriate department.
- Maintain and manage appointment schedules.
Qualifications
- Batchelor’s degree in any related field; additional administrative training preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
