We’re expanding and looking for a dedicated Front Desk Admin (Full-Time) to join us at Aimtoget Technology Limited in Osogbo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in the hub.
- Provide office assistance as needed.
- Keep records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
- Offer prompt feedback and support.
Requirements:
- Must be 26 years or younger.
- Knowledge of customer support is a plus.
- Common sense is an added advantage!
