This curriculum focuses on equipping participants with the skills and knowledge required to create engaging and effective digital learning content.
Entrepreneurship Development
This curriculum provides aspiring entrepreneurs with the essential skills, knowledge, and resources to launch and grow their own eLearning-focused businesses, covering topics such as business planning, marketing, financial management, and scaling a digital learning venture.
Soft Skills & Employability Skills
This curriculum aims to develop participants’ interpersonal abilities, communication skills, critical thinking, and other essential competencies that enhance their employability and effectiveness in eLearning-related roles, preparing them for success in the digital learning industry.

Admission Requirements
The training program is tailored for those who are entering the field of instructional design and course development, as well as for individuals contemplating a scalable Edtech solution.
It is appropriate for undergraduates, recent graduates, and early to mid-career professionals aspiring to establish a career in eLearning.
This training is specifically available to African undergraduates and young professionals aged 18 to 35. However, participants must fulfill the following criteria.
- Must be able to communicate in the English language and one local language fluently
- Applicants must be resident in an African country
- Applicant must own a laptop
- Must be passionate in building a career in the EdTech Industry
- Must be able to dedicate 4 – 5 hours daily to learning
- Must be ready to take up an internship position when offered
- Have basic design and content writing experience
- Background in Education is a big plus
- Portfolio Submission: A small portfolio of any previous design or content writing work, even if informal, to demonstrate basic skills and creativity
- Recommendation Letter: One letter of recommendation from a mentor, or former employer who can attest to the applicant’s skills and dedication
- Willingness to work in a team, as eLearning projects often involve collaboration with various stakeholders
