Business Writer/Content Strategist Responsibilities

  • Write and analyze topics on entrepreneurship, business strategies, and emerging technologies with a creative, engaging, and accessible style.
  • Contribute to the overall content strategy, managing multiple projects both online and offline, and help ensure high editorial standards.
  • Review and appraise the company’s publication style guide annually, recommending updates to management as needed to stay current with industry trends and standards.
  • Develop and execute strategies for content dissemination via social media channels, driving engagement and expanding our audience.
  • Ensure meticulous attention to detail, proofreading and editing content to maintain high standards of grammar, clarity, and accuracy.
  • Utilize web analytics tools to monitor content performance, providing insights and recommendations for improving SEO and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to foster productive relationships and support the overall growth and success of ReDahlia and Entrepreneurs.ng.

What We Are Looking For

  • A first degree in business, marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role, such as content strategist, journalist, or editor, ideally within a business or entrepreneurship-focused environment.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create compelling, published web content.
  • Demonstrated editorial expertise with high attention to detail in proofreading, grammar, and content structure.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
  • A passion for learning and expanding knowledge across a broad range of business and entrepreneurial topics through ongoing research and reading.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, web analytics, and online content performance tracking.
  • Knowledge of current trends and innovations in the tech and business world.

 

Graduate Intern Responsibilities 

  • Warmly receiving and screening visitors in person or through the telephone and answering or referring enquiries to the appropriate quarters
  • Provide full-service support to resident clients and prospective clients
  • Contributing to the company’s team effort by accomplishing tasks as required
  • Cold calling of potential clients and following up on leads until conversion
  • Up-selling and cross-selling our products and services to new and existing clients
  • Respond to emails, enquiries and messages on social media
  • Handle confidential information with integrity
  • Help to build great relationships both inside and outside ReDahlia

What We Are Looking For

  • Male or female with a first degree (business background) from a tertiary institution

Social Media Manager Responsibilities 

  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
  • Define most important social media KPIs
  • Create, manage and oversee social media content
  • Measure the success of every social media strategy and campaign
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Create graphic and video content
  • Repurpose content for different social media platforms.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Ensure the brand becomes a strong force using PR

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience as a social media specialist or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok and other social media best practices
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Excellent content writing and sales skills
  • Good knowledge of social media KPIs
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing

Sales and Marketing Executive Responsibilities 

  • You will be responsible for communicating, marketing and sales, and be focused on customer acquisition, activation, retention, cross-sell and upsell.
  • Strategically approaching potential business partners, building and maintaining key relationships and securing new business partnerships.
  • Ensuring customers satisfaction through a high level of after-sales services, including meetings.
  • Performing monthly dashboard and KPI report, monitoring income against sales target.
  • Positioning of ReDahlia and entrepreneurs.ng as the top Business Support Service company in Africa through PR.
  • Not being afraid to stretch boundaries and think outside the box and get results.
  • Collect and analyse data to evaluate existing and potential clients, market, business opportunities and competitors.
  • Developing new programs based on market research

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field; master’s degree is a plus.
  • To succeed in this role, you should have at least three years of experience in a similar role; within sales, business development and marketing within an education or business support focused organisation.
  • Strong growth experience in a digital company with a proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strategic thinker who has developed comprehensive, data-driven marketing campaigns via multiple channels. Someone who understands digital and offline marketing
  • Someone who has studied our values and can live them; everyone rolls up their sleeve and execute.
  • You care deeply about the end consumer and appreciate that all our work is in service to them

Partnership And Program Manager

  • The Partnership & Program Manager will be responsible for the effective sourcing and management of partnerships and programs.
  • The P&P Manager will work across and within the organisation to ensure the effective coordination and reporting of all activities.
  • You will be responsible for organising programs and activities for our organisation.
  • In addition, you will be tasked with developing programs to support the organisation’s strategic direction and creating and managing long-term goals.
  • Also, you will be in charge of developing budgets and operating plans for programs and writing program funding proposals.

What You Will Do

  • Developing and organising programs per the organisation’s goals to support the organisation’s strategic direction.
  • Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
  • Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
  • Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Effective communication with partners (contract agreement, milestone, final and evaluation report) and team across the board.
  • Write high-quality milestone reports, project reports & evaluation reports
  • Effective management of project and program budgets and monthly, quarterly, and end of program financial reporting for all projects.
  • This also includes ensuring that the program team follows all required financial and procurement policies and procedures and complies with ReDahlia and partners policies and standards.
  • Contributing to strategic decision-making and design of the programs, including engagement with key stakeholders. Ensure programs are designed and implemented to high quality, ensuring programs are creating deep impact for entrepreneurs and measuring the impact.
  • Representing ReDahlia and its projects. This may involve public speaking, presenting the project or program to key stakeholders such as donors, partners and other relevant stakeholders; presenting program outcomes and impact to the key partner and donor; and presenting the program strategy and key updates to ReDahlia’s Leadership Team.
  • Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership solutions
  • Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
  • Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners
  • Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships

What We Are Looking For

  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills with partners (including donors, government ministries, NGO and private sector partners)
  • Effective Report writing skills
  • High-level computer skills (particularly MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience in managing program budgets
  • Demonstrated commitment to ReDahlia’s Vision, Mission and Values
  • Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Communications, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • You have prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships.
  • You have experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions.
  • You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • You have excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Male or female with a first degree (business background) from a tertiary institution not more than 30 years old.
