About the Program
The Energy Talent Company (ETC) Graduate Trainee Program for 2025 is designed to equip recent graduates and budding professionals with the skills and experience necessary to excel in Nigeria’s burgeoning solar energy sector.
This comprehensive program offers over 250 hours of both online and offline learning, delivered by industry experts, to ensure participants are well-prepared for careers in renewable energy.
Program Structure:
1. Skill Acquisition: Participants begin with foundational training in solar energy, covering essential topics such as Solar System Design and Installation, Health and Safety, and Customer Service.
2. Hands-On Experience: The program emphasizes practical learning through hands-on sessions and apprenticeships with leading solar energy companies, providing real-world experience in the field.
3. Career Placement: Upon successful completion, ETC assists graduates in securing positions within the solar industry, leveraging partnerships with top companies to facilitate job placements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- You must be a graduate
- You must have completed NYSC on or before March 2025.
- A passion for renewable energy and a commitment to building a sustainable future.
