Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain data reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Design and implement data models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Conduct statistical analysis to support business decision-making.
- Monitor and evaluate data quality and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, R, Python, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with database management and data cleaning techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business needs.
