We need customer service representatives who are friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to provide the best service to our customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, addressing their concerns and questions in a professional and friendly manner.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues promptly by understanding their needs and providing solutions or escalating them to the relevant departments.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of Reflex Africa’s products and services to provide accurate information and educate customers.
- Record Keeping: Document all interactions with customers in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and clarity in each entry.
- Customer Satisfaction: Gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement, and work closely with the team to enhance the customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside team members to meet company goals and deliver a consistent, positive customer experience.
Requirements
- A minimum of HND/BSC
- Technological skills in computer systems well
- Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction and find the best solution
Salary: N120k – N150k
