Job Description

Vitafoam Nigeria Plc is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the Customer Service Officer role.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell the company’s products.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Process orders, payments, and track deliveries.
  • Address customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
  • Work closely with the sales and logistics teams for seamless service delivery.

 

Qualifications and Requirements

  • BSC/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management tools.
  • Prior experience in retail or product sales is an advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
