Key Responsibilities of the Customer Care Representative at TeamAce Limited

  • Follow-up: Ensuring customer problems are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • New User Engagement: Welcoming and assisting new users, connecting them to account officers.
  • Driver Support: Helping new drivers with vehicle inspections and following up for timely completion.
  • Availability: Being available for up to 12 hours daily to handle interactions on short notice.
  • Issue Resolution: Managing complaints and escalating complex issues.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring customers feel valued in every interaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Staying updated on platform features.
  • Collaboration: Working with other departments to resolve issues.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed records of interactions and resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND any related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Similar Industry
