Responsibilities of the Customer Care Operator at AAVA Brands
- Coordinate with service engineers to resolve issues.
- Maintain customer service records and feedback.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer escalations.
- Panasonic Brand Coordination for part indent and other activity.
- Monitoring and ensuring adherence to TAT (Turnaround Time).
