Full Job Description

Naxawellness is looking for a creative and driven Content/Social Media Marketer with 1 to 3 years of experience in social media marketing and content creation.

The ideal candidate will excel in producing engaging content and possess a solid understanding of social media platforms to enhance brand growth and visibility.

• Develop, implement, and manage innovative social media strategies across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with the target audience and drives engagement.
• Stay updated on social media trends, audience preferences, and emerging platforms to improve brand visibility.
• Analyze and report on social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and meet marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing goals.

Preferences:

• Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in social media marketing or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Proven content creation skills with experience generating viral content on platforms like TikTok.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) for content creation.
• Knowledge of social media advertising and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Analytics).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for wellness and lifestyle trends that resonate with the target audience.
