As a Call Centre Agent, you will serve as a liaison between the company and its customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through telephone communications.
This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are looking to make a positive impact using their multilingual skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with their inquiries and issues.
- Communicate fluently in Efik, Ejagham, and English.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening, understanding customer needs, and providing timely solutions.
- Work efficiently within a team to meet performance and service goals.
- Uphold the company’s core values and maintain professionalism in all communications.
Job Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Abuja.
- Language Proficiency: Must speak Efik and/or Ejagham fluently, in addition to English.
- Residency: Applicants must reside in or around Wuse 2, Mabushi, Jabi, Utako, Wuse 1, Jahi, or Gwarinpa.
- Education: Minimum of OND qualification.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and energetic attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in a call centre or customer service role is an added advantage.
