Job Title: Business Management Trainee
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: N150,000 per month.
Job Summary
- As Business Management trainee, you will have the opportunity to be trained and to learn from a companies that are constantly innovating and expanding.
- You will receive guidance and support from your team, as well as opportunities to grow within the company.
- The individual will knows the roles of Management Trainee in which to provide support in the managing of the company.
Responsibilities
- Conducting research and analysis to support the management team
- Planning and coordinating projects
- Preparing reports business management.
- Conducting training and development programs
- Providing support to the management team.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree/High school diploma in business administration or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- The ability to handle multiple tasks within time limit.
- The ability to lead and motivate others.
