We are currently seeking a Remote Students Recruitment Officer to join our team and drive our international education programs.

Location: Lagos (100% Remote)
Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000 per month
Job Type: Part-time
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market Astra Prospects’ study abroad programs to potential students.
- Generate and follow up on leads from interested candidates.
- Guide students through the entire admission process, from inquiry to final enrollment.
- Provide comprehensive information on study abroad opportunities, application procedures, and available financial aid.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students, addressing their questions and concerns to facilitate successful enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and their progress in the enrollment process.
- Achieve or surpass monthly enrollment targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, lead generation, and converting leads into enrollments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with the study abroad process is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous experience in education or related fields is advantageous.
Compensation
This is a commission-based role with a competitive rate of ₦300,000 for every successful enrollment.
