Job Description
- You must be extremely motivated and conscientious to join our team as a Remote Administrative Assistant.
- In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and clients.

Location: Remote
Hourly salary: $12 – $15
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, booking appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Handle confidential information in a professional manner.
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
