Responsibilities of the Social Media Manager at eRecruiter
- Create Captivating Content: Develop eye-catching visuals, engaging videos, and compelling copy for Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Build the Client’s Community: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a lively online conversation.
- Plan and Execute Campaigns: Design and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Analyse and Optimise: Track performance metrics, identify trends, and adjust strategies to maximize results.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Showcase the client products: create content to highlight their unique product offerings.
Job Requirements for the Social Media Manager at eRecruiter
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business.
- A strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling
- Bachelor’s degree is a bonus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Photography/videography skills are a must.
- Knowledge of the liquor/beverage industry is a bonus.
- Must reside on Lagos Island.
