Job Description
Vitafoam Nigeria Plc is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the Customer Service Officer role.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company’s products.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
- Process orders, payments, and track deliveries.
- Address customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
- Work closely with the sales and logistics teams for seamless service delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements
- BSC/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management tools.
- Prior experience in retail or product sales is an advantage.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
