Role Summary:
The Program/Project Manager will lead the design, execution, and evaluation of GreenFingers’ programs and campaigns.
This includes managing cross-functional teams, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
The role also involves building partnerships, securing funding, and measuring project impact.
Salary: N150,000 – N300,000 (offer depending on experience and qualification)
Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Physical)
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Project Management, Social Sciences, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
At least 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the conservation or non-profit sector (PMP certification is a plus).
Strong organizational and leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including stakeholder management.
Proficiency in project management tools and a solid understanding of budget management.
Must live in close proximity to Sangotedo, Lagos
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute and manage conservation, education, and outreach programs.
Lead teams and collaborate with partners to meet project goals.
Monitor progress, evaluate impact, and report outcomes.
Build relationships with stakeholders and secure funding for initiatives.
Support awareness campaigns and represent GreenFingers at events.
