Customer Service Executive

  • Salary: #200k – #300k monthly

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Executive

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide detailed information about HARBOURAGE properties and services, addressing client needs and resolving concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and project teams to ensure seamless client communication and satisfaction.
  • Assist clients during property tours and provide updates on project milestones.
  • Handle complaints diplomatically, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of client service processes and systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in real estate or luxury services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic office applications.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • A client-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Minimum of an B.Sc or HND qualification; additional certifications in customer service or communication are advantageous.

Graphics Designer

  • Salary: #50,000 – #100,000 monthly

Key Responsibilities of the Graphics Designer

  • Design and produce high-quality graphics for social media posts, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual concepts that align with HARBOURAGE’s branding and messaging.
  • Create visually appealing presentations, newsletters, and infographics to support internal and external communications.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Stay updated on design trends and tools to ensure fresh and innovative approaches.
  • Adapt designs for various formats and platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Work with printers and other vendors to ensure print materials meet brand standards and specifications.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects.
  • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and experience designing content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with branding principles and the ability to adhere to brand guidelines.

  • Identify and engage potential clients, building a robust network of high-net-worth individuals and investors.
  • Conduct property tours and presentations, highlighting unique selling points to prospective buyers.
  • Collaborate with the branding team to create compelling content for social media, brochures, and advertisements.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to refine marketing and sales strategies.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in sales or marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • A track record of meeting sales targets and managing client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to dynamic market demands.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
