Job Description
- We are looking for a smart and result-driven Customer Support Associate (NYSC) to join our team. As a Customer Support Associate (NYSC), you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer support.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide clear, accurate information about our platform, products, and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure swift and efficient resolution of customer issues.
- Keep up-to-date with product updates, services, and policies to better assist customers.
- Identify and report any recurring issues or customer feedback to the relevant teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Communications, English or any other related field.
- 0 – 1 year relevant work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be a corps member serving in Lagos
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
