Job Description:
The Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, managing sales pipelines, and ensuring the smooth execution of all educational programs.
You’ll need to be a strategic planner, excellent problem solver, and an inspiring leader. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading center operations and departments by example.
- Managing budgets, logistics, and coordinating meetings and events.
- Monitoring student progress, attendance, and fee collections.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet monthly targets.
- Hiring, training, and supporting staff to maintain high educational standards.
- Engaging with parents, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
- Promoting center programs through events, partnerships, and outreach.
- A global learning solution provider, with over 20 years of experience in Nigeria, is seeking a Center Manager to lead and manage its operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in managing educational or training centers.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, budgeting, and team management.
