Notable brands include Boska, Komix, Medik 55, Mixagrip, Procold, Sudrex, and Zaiki (after 5). We continuously expand our product portfolio to ensure consumers have access to top-quality solutions for their health and lifestyle needs.

Our beverage portfolio includes Passion Energy Drink in various flavors (Classic, Mango, Orange, and Pineapple). In personal care, we offer Delta Soap in multiple variants (Classic, Herbal, Summer Cool, and Plus), along with a variety of cosmetic products that address diverse skin conditions.

As with our other segments, we are constantly enhancing our offerings to meet consumer needs.

We Are Recruiting for:

Job Position: Orange Group Management Trainee Programme

Job Location: Lagos (Remote options available)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyze the daily operations of various departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales)
  • Participate in strategic company planning
  • Assist with daily operations and complete assigned tasks
  • Attend meetings, workshops, and other training opportunities
  • Learn from experienced staff members by observing their processes
  • Follow company regulations and health and safety guidelines
  • Prepare documents and update company records
  • Gain experience in conflict resolution and attend disciplinary hearings
  • Learn company policies, protocols, and processes
  • Take detailed notes and liaise with managers, supervisors, and senior staff
  • Meet goals and requirements set at the beginning of the traineeship
  • Travel to different offices and participate in operations as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience in management or a related field (e.g., Sales, Customer Service)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills
  • Excellent mathematical and computational abilities
  • Effective communication skills
  • A degree in Management or Business is an advantage
