Job Description:
- We are seeking a Male Personal Assistant who is smart, organized, and proactive.
- The ideal candidate should be computer literate, capable of handling various administrative tasks, and possess excellent driving skills with a valid driver’s license.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including document preparation and file management.
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and other basic computer programs for reporting and data entry.
- Assist with scheduling, appointments, and managing daily routines.
- Handle errands and transport duties, ensuring timely and safe travel.
- Assist in general office tasks as needed.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in basic computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and email management.
- Valid driver’s license and excellent driving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks.
- Sharp, resourceful, and detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to various situations.
Qualifications
- Must be male as per company requirements.
- Must be computer literate with a good grasp of basic programs.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is an advantage.
