This is a full-time, remote role for a Social Media Manager at GMT Migration Services Limited.
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing social media marketing strategies, communication, content strategy, social media optimization (SMO), and content creation for various platforms.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content tailored to each social media platform, including text, images, and video.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, using analytics tools to track and report on KPIs like engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, applying new strategies to enhance social media presence.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency in messaging and visuals across all channels.
- Manage social media accounts, scheduling posts and monitoring engagement, comments, and messages to ensure timely and appropriate responses.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, and brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall marketing goals.
- Engage with the online community, building relationships with followers, influencers, and potential clients to foster brand loyalty.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improving social media performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports to communicate the success of social media initiatives to management and suggest improvements.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and social media platforms (SMO) to maximize reach and impact.
Requirements:
- Minimum Five (5) years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and Content Strategy.
- Strong Communication and Writing skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and best practices.
- Creativity and ability to generate engaging content.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to work remotely, demonstrating effective time management and collaboration in a virtual environment.
