Job Description
Life Edge Nigeria is hiring for the Office Administrator role. The ideal candidate will be a young, intelligent, creative person with previous clerical or administrative experience who lives in the Ojodu-Berger area.
Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: #50,000 – #100,000monthly
Responsibilities
- Attend to the client’s requisition.
- Update students’ information.
- Search for information online.
- Attend to mails.
- Create or generate reports and prepare memos as required.
- Ensure achievement of customer satisfaction including assisting to collate feedback for assessing same when needed.
- Promote the company’s brand philosophy while discharging your responsibilities.
- Interpreting complex guidelines/procedures accurately.
- Carryout other duties as may be applied from time to time.
Requirements
- Must possess HND/BSC degree.
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with MS suites.
- Warm and friendly disposition.
- Ability to effectively manage stress and deal with multiple priorities.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and a methodical approach to paperwork, processes and the application of policies and procedures.
