About the Role

  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues for end-users.
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person to employees.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT equipment, including printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
  • Support the IT team in managing and maintaining the company’s network infrastructure.
  • Participate in IT projects, including software upgrades, system backups, and network security initiatives.
  • Document and track support requests using the company’s help desk system.
  • Assist in the management of IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth IT operations and address any technical challenges.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IT support.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and IT troubleshooting techniques.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
