Location: Lagos

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000/month

Job Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the company\’s added-value through presentations, and proposals uniquely positioned to customer needs, by using knowledge of products and services, as well as customer research.
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage Account / Sales Executives in next steps.
  • Identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook.
  • Utilize HubSpot, Salesforce, cold calls, and email to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services.
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Account Executives & Managers.
  • Report to Sales Manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.

Skills And Experience Required

  • You’re a team player, proactive and know how to contribute and make an impact.
  • Two or more years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding lead targets and sales quotas.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with sales tools and technologies e.g Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive,
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Google Docs, Slides and Sheets.
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email.
  • Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization.
  • Must be committed to continuous personal development, and willing to put in 20-60 hours into learning and development monthly.
  • Must be collaborative, work well in a team, and also trustworthy enough to take initiative and get things done with little or no supervision.
  • You have some sense of humor, and prefer to work in an upbeat environment.

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
