Job Description
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch support and resolving queries via phone, email, and chat. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, build trust, and promote our brand through excellent service.

Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000/month
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about our products/services and processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and technology
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
