Responsibilities
- Answers phone calls courteously.
- Guides guests and issues guest badges
- Handles customer complaints.
- Handling enquiries and sorting mail.
- Keep updated records and files.
- Administrative and clerical tasks.
- Maintaining the reception area.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Answer questions and address complaints.
Qualifications
- Minimum of bsc.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a front desk officer in a reputable large cooperation or multinational company.
- Well spoken and articulate.
- Should have an international outlook.
