About the Programme
Betaglass, a multinational packaging manufacturer, is offering a 12-month apprenticeship programme designed to provide practical training and work experience in a world-class glass manufacturing environment. This programme is ideal for early-career professionals seeking to build technical expertise in manufacturing.
Successful candidates will gain hands-on exposure at our facilities in Agbara, Ogun State and Ughelli, Delta State. Participants will work closely with experienced engineers and technical experts, gaining insights into modern manufacturing techniques, equipment handling, maintenance practices, and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- OND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or Glass Technology
- Minimum of Lower Credit
- 0–2 years work experience
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Exhibit good communication skills, teamwork, and a proactive attitude
