People & Culture Manager

The People & Culture Manager will lead the development and execution of HR strategies that align with Rayda’s mission and values. This role is central to building a positive workplace environment, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring that our people operations scale effectively as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices that support organizational growth.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a strong, inclusive company culture.
  • Manage performance review processes and support leadership in talent development.
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR or People Operations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Experience in fast-growing or tech-driven environments is an advantage.

Legal & Compliance Officer:

The Legal & Compliance Officer will ensure that Rayda operates within legal and regulatory frameworks while minimizing risk. This role involves overseeing compliance programs, managing legal documentation, and providing strategic legal guidance to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Provide legal advice to internal teams on business operations and risk management.
  • Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments.
  • Manage relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise the organization accordingly.
  • Train staff on compliance policies and ethical practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); professional certification or bar admission is preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in legal or compliance roles.
  • Strong understanding of corporate law and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Product Marketer

The Technical Product Marketer will bridge the gap between product development and market adoption. This role focuses on translating complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions that resonate with customers and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive adoption and engagement.
  • Create clear, compelling messaging and positioning for technical products.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to align go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning.

Qualifications:
