Job Description 

Ledger Lite Enterprise is looking for a Customer Success Representative to support and engage our customers, ensuring they get the best value from our services. You’ll build strong relationships, resolve issues, and help drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on leads from field sales agents daily
  • Ensure every lead gets a follow-up call within 24 hours
  • Engage prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Handle inbound leads from website and social media
  • Guide prospects through the onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions
  • Report on lead quality and common objections

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or sales support
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to follow up consistently without supervision
  • Comfortable making frequent phone calls
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools or willingness to learn
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills
  • Reliable laptop and stable internet connection

  • Daily Follow-Up Consistency: Zero missed leads. Every contact followed up the same day.
  • Fast Response Time: All inbound inquiries acknowledged and attended to promptly.
  • High Conversion Rate: Consistently move prospects from interest to paying clients.
  • Organised Reporting: Clear, accurate daily activity reports with zero gaps.
