Cortes 23 is hiring a Software Engineer to build and ship end-to-end product features on a modern tech stack for its life insurance technology platform.
Overview
Work directly with the CTO to develop scalable solutions across frontend and backend, helping modernize insurance systems with clean, production-ready code.
What You’ll Do
- Build end-to-end features using React, TypeScript, and Next.js
- Develop backend services and integrations (including Python data pipelines)
- Maintain and extend reusable components and modules
- Write tests and ensure code quality
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and production deployments
Requirements
- Strong software engineering experience
- Strong React, TypeScript, and Next.js skills
- Experience shipping production-ready code and working with CI/CD
- Solid problem-solving skills and clear communication
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud/serverless architecture
- Familiarity with monorepos, infrastructure-as-code, or event-driven systems
- Python and data pipeline experience
