About the Role

- This role is designed for professionals with a proven track record in real estate sales, particularly within the premium property segment.
- The successful candidate will drive the sales of our build-to-sell properties, engaging high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Fhemfel Homes’ premium real estate products, particularly build-to-sell projects.
- Identify, engage, and convert qualified leads into successful property sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients, investors, and partners.
- Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Provide market insights and contribute to sales strategies for premium products.
- Represent Fhemfel Homes at property exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
- Work closely with the marketing and CRM teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (Master’s Degree is an advantage).
- Professional certifications in real estate sales will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years proven sales experience in the real estate industry (mandatory).
- Demonstrated success in selling premium properties or high-value real estate projects.
- Strong network of high-net-worth clients and corporate investors.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver results under pressure.
- In-depth knowledge of the Abuja (and broader Nigerian) property market.

Compensation & Benefits

Job Summary
- Fhemfel Homes is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the company’s financial records, ensure accuracy in reporting, and support sound financial decision-making.
- The accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, compliance with statutory requirements, and financial reporting in line with company policies and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and reconcile financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
- Manage daily accounting entries, including receipts, payments, invoices, and journals.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expenditure to ensure financial efficiency.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and client reconciliations.
- Ensure timely remittance of statutory deductions and compliance with tax regulations (PAYE, VAT, WHT, etc.).
- Support internal and external audits by providing required financial documentation.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist with payroll processing in collaboration with the HR Department.
