Job DescriptionÂ
​This role provides oversight on the Enterprise-wide Risk Management (ERM) strategy and framework that effectively translates the risk appetite framework into informed decision-making practices, supporting Tangerine’s business and strategic objectives as well as providing oversight on the internal control activities of Tangerine.
 Qualifications
- ​First Degree in related discipline
- ​Minimum of 8- 14 years post graduate experience in risk management or related area within the financial services sector.
- ​Knowledge of insurance business would be an added advantage.
- ​Good knowledge of insurance products offerings (development, dependencies, features etc.)
- ​In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance requirements. Should be well versed with the regulatory environment.
- ​Professional certifications in any risk and related discipline
