Pinnacle Oil and Gas is seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Officer to manage the company’s reception area and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and incoming communications.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth front-office operations while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced office setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and incoming calls.
- Welcome and direct guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper documentation of office visits.
- Provide administrative support to internal teams when required.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
