Ondo Finance is hiring an Onboarding Specialist to join its Operations team. This is a full-time remote role focused on managing vendor and partner onboarding across the company’s investment operations.

 

Role Overview:
The Onboarding Specialist will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for vendors, partners, and stakeholders. The role involves handling documentation, coordinating compliance checks, maintaining legal records, and ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage vendor and partner onboarding documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and KYC updates for partners.
  • Track legal documents, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
  • Coordinate account openings and maintain vendor databases.
  • Act as a liaison between legal, sales, and investment teams.
  • Provide regular updates on onboarding progress and vendor pipelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in investment operations, compliance, or vendor management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with compliance procedures and document management systems.
