Virtual Assistant (Lead Generation & Operations Support)

 

We are hiring a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support lead generation, inbox management, scheduling, and client onboarding operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Build prospect lists via LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Run structured LinkedIn outreach (training provided)
  • Track outreach activity and maintain lead trackers

Inbox & Communication

  • Monitor and categorize Outlook emails
  • Flag priority messages and draft reply suggestions
  • Ensure timely and organized communication

Scheduling & Admin

  • Manage Calendly bookings and reschedules
  • Send confirmations and reminders
  • Maintain calendar accuracy

Client Onboarding & Reporting

  • Send onboarding emails and track progress
  • Provide daily updates and weekly KPI reports
  • Track metrics (connections, replies, meetings booked)

Requirements

  • BSc degree
  • 1–4 years experience in VA, Admin, or Operations Support
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Proficient in LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs
  • Reliable internet and power supply

Nice to Have: Experience with UK/international clients or CRM/outreach. This is not a social media posting, sales-closing, accounting, or call-center role.

Work Details

  • Full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Monday–Friday
  • UK business hours overlap required
  • Salary: NGN 200,000 – 300,000
