Role Overview
The Customer Experience Officer supports the CX team in gathering, analyzing, and reporting feedback from enrollees and healthcare providers.
This role focuses on survey follow-ups, provider engagement, data analysis, and generating insights to improve service delivery and member satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Survey Follow-Ups: Contact enrollees and providers, clarify feedback, and document responses.
- Report Compilation: Summarize feedback into structured reports highlighting key insights.
- Provider Engagement Calls: Conduct monthly calls with top providers, assess sentiment, and capture operational challenges.
- Provider Feedback Documentation: Record recurring issues, risks, and opportunities; provide actionable recommendations.
- Professional Communication: Maintain courteous, empathetic, and professional communication; escalate critical issues appropriately.

Role Overview
This role assists in corporate planning and ensures that strategic goals are translated into actionable tasks. The officer coordinates special projects and cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely delivery and improved organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Track special projects, milestones, and deliverables; prepare periodic updates.
- Assist with project coordination, scheduling, and documentation.
- Support organizational efficiency and change management initiatives.
- Facilitate internal communication for automation and digitalization initiatives.
- Monitor progress, escalate challenges, and maintain regular communication with relevant teams.
- Compile, organize, and report data for weekly strategic updates.
- Maintain accurate project records, SharePoint documentation, and version control.
- Provide administrative support to the EA to the CEO as needed.
Requirements
- Knowledge of data analysis, business processes, project management, statistics, and information management
