Role Overview
- They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Investment Advisor (Retail Investments) to drive retail investment growth through targeted client acquisition, engagement, and relationship management.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving assigned quarterly investment targets by onboarding new retail investors and delivering value-driven investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned quarterly investment targets through active client acquisition and engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to onboard new retail investors and grow the customer base.
- Identify prospective investors through direct outreach, referrals, partnerships, and market initiatives.
- Educate potential investors on available investment products and guide them through the onboarding process.
- Ensure a seamless client experience from onboarding through investment execution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and repeat investments.
- Provide ongoing client support and offer tailored investment solutions based on individual needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute retail investor acquisition campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to optimise investment offerings.
- Track and report key performance metrics including funds mobilised, customer acquisition, and portfolio growth.
- Provide regular updates and insights to the Investment Lead on performance and market trends.
Person Specification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, investment sales, or customer relationship management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding financial and investment targets.
- Strong understanding of retail investment products and services.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
