Medline is seeking an Associate Analyst, Technology to support EDI B2B communications and systems integration. This role ensures seamless data exchange between Medline and its partners, serving as a key technical contact for onboarding, testing, deployment, and ongoing production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot EDI production environments
- Gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and review technical specifications
- Manage partner onboarding, setup, testing, and compliance
- Develop and maintain integration solutions (low–medium complexity)
- Monitor transactions, resolve mapping gaps, and ensure smooth operations

Maintain documentation and provide on-call support as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0–2 years of experience in systems or B2B integrations
- Knowledge of integration platforms and data standards
- Understanding of order-to-cash or procure-to-pay processes

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $62,000 – $93,000 annually (bonus/incentive eligible)
