- Program Duration: 2 Years (6-month rotational phase + 18-month specialised development)

- Travel Requirement: Must be willing to travel and work in various locations as required
Program Overview
The Oilserv 2026 Ingenious Graduate Trainee Program is a structured, two-year career development initiative designed to groom exceptional young professionals for future leadership roles within the Oilserv Group.
During the first six months, trainees will undergo rotational assignments across the company’s subsidiaries, gaining broad exposure to business operations and industry practices. This is followed by an 18-month specialised development phase focused on the trainee’s chosen career path.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have completed NYSC
- Possess 0–2 years of work experience
- Be not older than 28 years
Hold a Bachelor’s degree (minimum of Second Class Upper – 2:1) in:
- Engineering
- Law
- Information Management
- Accounting
- ESG
- Social Sciences
Knowledge of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles is an added advantage.
