Serco is hiring a Remote Sensing Engineer to support ESA Earth Observation projects and contribute to Europe’s leading space programmes. You’ll work with international teams on EO applications, turning satellite data into practical solutions for policy, climate, and space innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Support ESA EO application projects and end users
- Analyze satellite data (optical & SAR) and develop EO use cases
- Translate user needs into technical solutions with GIS and engineering teams
- Showcase results through workshops, demos, and documentation

Contribute to product, tool, and method evolution
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Physics, Remote Sensing, or related field
- Strong experience in satellite remote sensing, GIS, and image analysis
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL; knowledge of cloud, big data, and AI
- Excellent communication skills; fluent English (Spanish/French a plus)
