Job Summary

At Cowrywise, our Customer Experience Specialists play a critical role in building trust and long-term relationships with our customers. They are dedicated to understanding our products, engaging meaningfully with users, and ensuring every interaction results in a positive and satisfying experience.

We are seeking passionate individuals who understand the value of exceptional customer service and are committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer interactions across multiple channels, ensuring issues are resolved clearly, accurately, and with empathy
  • Explain savings and investment concepts in simple, practical terms that customers can easily understand and act upon
  • Identify recurring customer issues through daily interactions and share actionable insights to improve products and internal processes
  • Contribute to a customer experience that keeps users engaged, satisfied, and confident in recommending Cowrywise

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong interest in fintech and wealth management
  • Genuine passion for customer service excellence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain resilient and professional when handling objections or pushback
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of patience, active listening skills, and empathy

Compensation

The starting monthly net compensation for this role ranges between ₦500,000 – ₦650,000.
