We’re a venture capital firm with an in-house venture studio, building zero-to-one startups across AI, BioHealth, and B2B SaaS. We’re hiring an Applied AI Engineer to help validate ideas and build AI-driven products from scratch across multiple early-stage ventures.
What you’ll do
- Build and ship AI-powered product features
- Optimize systems using prompting, RAG, agents, and tooling
- Rapidly prototype and test new venture ideas
- Design evaluation pipelines to improve reliability

Work full-stack on internal tools, dashboards, and backend systems
What we’re looking for
- Strong programming skills with Python
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and APIs (LangChain, Hugging Face, PyTorch, OpenAI, etc.)
- Solid backend fundamentals (databases, caching, microservices)
- Comfortable prototyping frontend tools
- Startup or zero-to-one product experience
